Theoretical Plasma Physics and Controlled Thermonuclear Fusion Energy
Analytically / Numerical Modelling and Computer Simulations

Tokamak Modelling and ITER Physics Division, Divertor Modelling. Princeton University, Princeton Plasma Physics Laboratory (PPPL),  Princeton , NJ, USA. Computers used: SUN WorkStation (UNIX), PC IBM. 1993

Topic Group on Exhaust Physics. AEA-Technology, Culham Laboratory, Oxford University, Oxfordshire, UK. Computers used: WorkStation: IRIS and IBM 6000 (UNIX), PC IBM. 1992

Analytically / Numerical Modelling and Simulations for Theoretical Plasma Physics and Controlled Thermonuclear Fusion. INRS-Énergie et Matériaux, Varennes, Québec, Canada. Developed large code that solved (analytically and numerically) a set of multidimensional and time dependent integro deferential equations which resulted in a study state or time dependent distribution function (Kinetic and Fluid Models For Plasma Transport). The numerical methods used included the following finite difference methods: Implicit and Semi-Implicit (to obtain a stable numerical solution). Computers used: CRAY (UNICOS), VAX (VMS), PC IBM. 1987-1991

Analytically/Numerical Modelling and Computer Simulation of  "Measurement of Pre-Sheath Flow Velocities by Laser-Induced Fluorescence" Experiment at INRS–Énergie, Varennes, Québec, Canada. Computers used: CRAY (UNICOS), VAX (VMS), PC IBM. (INRS-Énergie et Matériaux), Varennes, Québec, Canada.  1990

Analytically/Numerical Modelling and Computer Simulations for the AURORA Experiment (For Laser Plasma Interaction).  Project was done in collaboration with University of California at Davis, USA. Computers used: VAX (VMS), PC IBM. 1987-1989

Research Assistant, INRS–Énergie, Varennes, Québec, Canada: Numerical development for the program BABOUM (an atomic code) using Monte-Carlo Simulation. Computers used: VAX (VMS), PC IBM. 1985-1989

Theoretical Plasma Physics. Université de Montréal,  Montréal, Québec, Canada. M.Sc. dissertation: Pondermotive Force 1981-1983
